Further to my question last night, here's the paste multiple option box from LOR which I was wondering if xLights had a similar thing to.

There is no equivalent but the question remains why would you need it if you can just stretch the effect? I am sure there are cases where some effect struggles to do what you want but let's tackle that before we add this.
