I have 1 x P12R running above and front of garage.
Also 1 x pixlite long range running the rest.

Approx 3800 channels.

All sequencing done with xlights. Massive kudos to the guys involved in making xlights/nutcracker so awesome.

All run through raspberry pi2 with FPP.

Mega tree - 20 x 33 pixel
5 x mini tree - 50 pixel (5 mtr strip on each) - 2811
roof outline 2811 strips - top of roof 83 pixels ( 1 x 3.3 mtr and 1 x 5 mtr strip)
Made the Merry Christmas on the front which has 42 modules through it.

Just have to lose the static stuff.

Bird - I personally want to have all lights be able to turn off and on when I want them to. Just a me thing. Just have to get another controller for next year....
