    WLED/WT32-ETH01 Wiring Help

So everything not going to a Wago clip is soldered, if it was wire to pin it is soldered, if it's multiple wires joining it's a clip. Is it okay to ground that way? The PSU is 12v, the LEDs are 12v, but the Logic Level Converter is 5v on the high side (I am not an expert in wiring, clearly).

    WLED/WT32-ETH01 Wiring Help

To be completely honest. I've spent well over 80 hours on this part alone. I should have asked for help a long time ago, I guess that's one of those things men really struggle with. Asking for help when they are stuck. To make matters worse, I even found a video of a man who uses the exact...

You're right! It is CAT6; I bought them about a month ago for the entire house wiring and I quickly Googled "latest ethernet" and it said CAT7, so I went with that. But, my invoice does say CAT6; all I was confident in was I bought the best ones they had at the time, and those were the ones...

This, this actually was the key! The 3.3v logic output I was not made aware of. I added a booster, and the problem was solved. My nightmares are solved. Thank you for that! The costs are less of a factor here; I have money. I have time. I think what I am looking for is the hobby, to be honest...

Thanks for your input; I had actually looked at these, and whilst they are in my price range, in my head. I can't come to terms with how these are better options. If I consider that each WT32-ETH01 can handle 2,000 pixels perfectly, I can push it to double that without very noticeable drops. The...

Champion! For some reason, I think my issue is my data cable that goes from the controller to the LEDs. I used an 18 AWG wire for it when I disconnected my controller after setting a colour in WLED. It stops flickering and holds a solid colour like it should, but with the data cable connected...

    Help needed for Noob.

Hey, New to the hobby, I've always just used dumb LEDs, but the guy up the road whom I have unofficially always competed with has now gone this route, so now I need too in order to be better. (yeah, I'm that kind of guy). So, I'm starting in January 2024 to have everything ready for Christmas...
