Hi all, Attached are some pics of the proposed area for the mini. It's a large/long boardroom.
We can keep it dark for the pretty lights/presentations and its also well lit for when we need it
Also, the open area towards the folding doors is available - It's bigger but there is no way to control the natural light in the room so it might get a bit annoying.
The intention is to likely put on a BBQ for lunch on the days - Does anyone have any objections to this? Specific dietary requirements? If you don't want a BBQ and/or prefer to bring your own lunch there are Kitchen facilities available and a fridge if you need to store stuff
Coffee (Not that instant crap!) and Tea will be available FOC.
