Finished the first of my presentations for the mini tonight as well. Just got to organise a few things just in case anyone wants a deep dive.


I am covering tools - hardware (not controllers but stuff that bangs and screws), electrical test equipment, software and websites



Also need to work on my xLights presentation ... anything anyone is particularly keen to see explained? So much has changed in the past 5 months. I think I am doing the 3rd of 3 sessions so I guess I get the left over stuff.


BTW ... next release of xLights will come with the ability to export PGO files ... so those LOR etc users who struggle with some of the Papagayo limitations like file types and song length supported will have the option to use xLights to create a PGO file they can then use in their preferred sequencer. you just need to be careful how you lay out the words and phrases so the higher level component fully surrounds the lower level phonemes and words and it should work fine ... this is due to a limitation in the PGO file format.
