I would not recommend pulling 20A through a 10A double GPO as stated above. You might think that because there is 2 x 10A outlets it is good for 20 but most data sheets for outlets will specify that In rated current is 10A total and not per outlet. I’m sure that they are over engineered to allow for a bit of fat but I wouldn’t push it hard. If you’re running a dedicated circuit to carry loads pushing these numbers just install a second outlet next to it. Most power circuits in Australia are only good for 20A as they are usually ran using 2.5mm which is rated for 20A in favorable conditions.
