I got a price for 1.5mm wall thickness but after testing I'm thinking of upping it to 2mm which will change the price and it depends on the AUSD when I purchase them.
I'll keep you informed.

Don't forget the tube is only 3m long but you could hear the ends and join them together. I believe you can glue acrylic as well.
I found out today acrylic bends nicely between 130 and 160 degrees.

I did a test by heating up some sand in a container on the bbq and pouring it into the acrylic tube. It bent nicely around a pot plant with no kinks with the sand in it. But when I poured the sand out it was still hot and lost its shape a little so I wrapped it around the pot plant again and that's when some flat spots appeared. So when bending with hot sand you will have to keep it wrapped around whatever mold you use until the acrylic hardens again. Acrylic softens at 130 degrees. I'm going to make a simply mold with some plywood. A 3m 50mm tube takes about 5.5l of sand. A 9l metal Buckley from bunnings was $10 and a 20l bag of sand was $8

So next week I will place the order for the tubes.

The sand needs to be 130 degrees and water evaporates at 100 degrees. So dry
