How did you do the face singing on the garage (jingle bells)?

The plastic cover wraps around to the back panel where it's stapled on. That also adds some extra padding against the metal door.

xLights's new lipsync functionallity - it can use PNG images on matrix's for each movement

Am sorry if this is a silly question or you already covered it elsewhere, but is this covering the front of the panels as well ? (So that it is then waterproof with the frame )?
