I may have missed this but where can we get the file to program the PIC. I will be using a PickIt2 for programming.

As of yet the file have not been released.

There is still a little live testing to happen, but the required file will be available as the strobe board is sent out.

Whaouh... So small...
How to program them (using PICKit2)?
Directly on Strobe Board ?

The 5 holes on one edge are the ICSP (In Circuit Serial Programming) connections.

You'll make up the boards, then program them one at a time using a PicKit 2 (or compatible) programmer.

The programmer has a set of pins that match the board. Simply hold the two parts together, press program and it's done in a few seconds.

From the pictures, it seems like you'll just need to make up a short ICSP cable with 5 pin male - female headers. The pinout on the programmer appears to be the same as the strobe PCB, apart from you not using the 6th pin (marked LOW).
