Hey all.

I have an 'S-200-5' PSU in my Baldrick 8 kit from Hanson Electronics, and I'm looking for better ways to mount the board.

My pigtails don't quite reach the far ports from where it came, so I'm thinking...

How unsafe would it be to chuck a few screws in the holes in the enclosure?

Or would this let the magic smoke out?

My cheap butt thought it would be better to get the shorter pigtails, which I just found don't reach to the far ports of the controller.

Its currently laid out down the length of the box, so some ports are closer than others, but I was wondering if there was any way to mount the baldrick ontop of the PSU, using the cooling holes as bracket mounts.

there are no current holes in the PSU for mounting.

The one on thinggiverse should fit as it has slots for the screws on the side to line up with the screw holes but I am not sure the mount holes for the board are the same as the baldrick

actually, I just checked, due to the staggered holes on the side, it wouldn't work anyway.

I'll just buy some longer pigtails...
