House outline in electrical trunking thoughts

Made a jig to drill my holes, I'm not 100% happy with it yet, but does an ok job considering it was hand drilled. I gave away my drill press about 3 years ago as I never used it, and this is the first time I've regretted that decision!

Need to get the alignment right - will share the stl once I've got it right. The second hole came out bigger than planned so had to ignore that. The intent is to be able to drill two holes and then reposition, rather than one each time.

But did some test drilling and fitting and pretty happy with how this has turned out overall.

Deta 50x25mm duct, spray painted with dulux woodland grey after a coat of fiddly bits primer. I'm not sure if the primer is required, but it's cheap.

Now I wait for my magnets to arrive (didn't notice the seller used aramex... Fml)

last year i made a bunch of these for eve and roof linings, they turned out really well and nice and neat. I held the ones on the eves with magnets and i did window and roof linings that i held on with vecro.

I also made a jig that allowed for even spacing and drilled them out with a step drill and had room to run power injection wires inside.

This year im making a few more for a garden edge and hope to mount them under the block caps.
