Hi,
I'm setting up a new tree, 180deg using 5 LED strips @ 5m each with 60 pixels/m -1500 pixels. I planned on running zigzag to make 10 strands in total @ 2.5m each. My question is around wiring and setup in xLights, I was hoping that I could use just two ports on the Falcon controller however it doesn't look like that's the case. I don't really want to make 5 separate runs (1 for each strip) from the controller as it's a little distance away from the tree. Is there a better/more efficient way or is it not possible to get below using 5 ports? Thank you in advance for the help, I'm enjoying learning the hobby but it's a bit steeper learning curve than expected.

You can connect physical strips together to use only 2 ports. You'd have to cut one strand or run them weirdly 3 and and 2. For setup in xLights, someone posted something about odd length strips but I don't remember the end result. You could make a custom model pretty fast to do what you want.
