We just have glass shelves, so no problem, but great idea for the wire shelves in some fridges

Pixel, dumb rgb or incandescant to illuminate the coro is the question that needs to be asked ;)

Ours is an older fridge, but nothing wrong with it apart from that annoying wire shelf.

I was contemplating getting a piece of acrylic to sit on the top shelf, then the coro idea sprang into my head. :)

No lighting planned for the fridge Alan. I do have some side emitting LED strip to try for another coro assisted project though.

Sure Matt,
  • Measure shelf width
  • Measure shelf depth
  • Mark depth on coro with a pencil
  • Cut coro with a utility knife along pencil line
  • Find nearest coro rib that's smaller than shelf width
  • Cut rib with coro cutter
  • Remove drinks from wire shelf
  • Place coro on wire shelf
  • Put drinks back on new coro topped shelf
Important note: Please keep one drink out to celebrate the DIY moment! :D

Great Idea, maybe we could start a new area in the the forums. "Home ideas with David" LOL.
When is the next instalment, I really think you could included some light though maybe with a small fridge mounted controller wired of the light,
