So would a Hexfuse be sufficient or would I still need some type of terminal strip also?

You'll have 25 sets of power wires coming back to the power supply. The 6 way fuse board will allow for the positive wires, but you'll need to use something else for the negative wires.

I actually have an 8 way fuse PCB that has 8 sets of + and - terminals. That may be easier in some ways. You could have 3 panels wired to 7 of them and 4 panels to the 8th.

I'd have to work out a price on the 8 way board as it's not something I normally sell.
