Are there any cheap ($50) of the RGB 300led/m digital fully addressable on a black strip running 12v? Cheapest I've found is bout 80+

You will find that any individual controlled strip will be 5vdc because of the losses required to run this at 12vdc. If there is a 12vdc individual controlled strip then its a special and would be very inneficient in its power usage.
