I've added Build Party details to the first thread at the top of this page
 
I'm keen to know what everyone would like to see at this gathering. Some things I will have there to show and learn from are :-
* Mini spiral trees and Arches connected to a falcon controller with power injection.
* Singing Skeleton Halloween prop consisting of a pixel body and 2 x P10 panels as a singing face. Driven by FPP , Raspberry Pi (as remote player) and a Hanson Electronics Hat.
* DMX moving Head
* 7x3 P5 Matrix Driven by Raspberry Pi4 and colorlight card.
* Laptop and xLights

I hope there's something in there for some of you.
If there is something else that your keen to see and would like to learn about hit us up. Nothing is too basic.

This is not a good news.
Because of covid-19 alert from QLD health this morning i decided to not to travel to the down south/ Brisbane.
This is very annoying but i have to keep everyone and my self safes.

I think as David said, we may have to re-think this event because of those two selfish individuals.

I'm thinking at the start it might be best to postpone it for 2 weeks to see how things pan out.
 
It does all seem to be too hard to predict anything at the moment. I'll say at this stage it is likely that it won't happen.
Unfortunately, I'm not in a position with working away to postpone the event to a later date or wait and see.
However I will extend an invitation to anyone who would like a bit of advice on a one to one basis to come to my place and have a look at a few things.

G’day all, having a look through and it seems like the event will not go ahead. I am still happy to host the event as personally I know I have not been to any of the locations effected and only go out to do a basic grocery shop. Happy with what ever the group decides but am not sure my neighbours will be happy to have everyone rock up at their house, (they do like to fly model aircraft on weekends) the address is actually 9 Cornish St Bundamba, not 11.
