The $3 4 channel constant current LED DMX dimmer board ( giveback project )

Any hope that the board could be configured to drive a transistor or FET for use with higher current stuff (LED strip? ETC)

Non-Isolated output I assume?

DMX through or output?

Input Output Connectors?

I'd be up for maybe 20-50 depending on how long the pay date is from now. I'll also offer to be a US ship point for anybody over here to keep shipping down for the US folks.

since no price is locked in, Im willing to go for $100 bucks worth.
that's about 33 of them according to my calculator

Thanks for this MPH - I'm sure this will become the standard for DIY. We would like a lot of them. Chat with you about how many!

Sounds awesome at this point. Once you've got a working design I may well go for a fifty or hundred of these myself. Big props for giving back to the blinky blinky community MPH.

Is the CC part of the IC linear? What I mean is: is it a linear constant current source that has pwm applied to it for dimming?

Also, does it have a Vo range that needs to be adhered to? That might be a problem. It would mean you'd need to be very careful with the number of LEDs and the supply voltage.

eg. A single red LED and a 12V supply would leave Vo @ 11.2V and potentially dissipating way too much. That's one drawback CC chips can have. :(

I'll take 50 please. Great project - thanks

Edit: Just upped to 50 from 20, as I just thought of a few new uses for them :)
