dmoore has made a generous offer that involves me bundling all orders into a single Fedex shipment that is split between all people and then internally shipped for less in the US.
This can save everone some money

This shipping costs would be:

$5.41 for a small box (8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8")
$11.33 for a medium box (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2")

I'd receive this shipment at my office's shipping department and they would re-ship the same day (via USPS). Payment for shipping would be via paypal. You would not be responsible for any Au to US shipping costs.

No shipping has been charged yet, unless you made a voluntary donation .
The Fedex charge will be evenly divided between everyone and i will let you all know as soon as I do.
