Where is everyone getting their enclosures? I've looked around and I can't find anything big enough that isn't super expensive.

I went to ideal electrical, it was expensive. Some people have had great luck with the weather proof boxes at bunnings (https://www.bunnings.com.au/ezy-storage-waterproof-ip67-storage-box-50l_p0204842). If I were starting again I'd go that route, very cheap for what you're getting in the range of protection and size.Where is everyone getting their enclosures? How 'watertight' is the lid?I'm trying out one of these at the moment https://www.bunnings.com.au/tactix-heavy-duty-storage-box_p2583689
Theoretically...I thought enclosures need to be rated for 240v. i.e. with stand certain temperatures without catching on fire/melting.
Was the box installed by a licensed registered electrician will be what your insurance company saysTheoretically...
If you've bought a cheap Bunnings box designed for plug boards I'd expect them to be. Otherwise you can blame Bunnings in an insurance claim.
"Temporary" enclosure is what the boxes are labelled as and they're not hard wired in.Was the box installed by a licensed registered electrician will be what your insurance company says![]()
