I heard back from Ray and he is replacing the 5 non working strips. He is very good to deal with. Very busy too.

I added power at the front parallel to the controller. Power is fed through the controller as well to the strip. The wire lengths are less than 12 inches. THe other strips dont work at all ..no matter where I hook them up .. at the start or further in on the strip. I think it may be the...

Checked the other 5 strips and they dont work no matter how they are connected. I am done with them..

This is strange... I was trying everything that I could think of. I finally connected all the power leads on the non working strips and they work with all connected to power. Not sure why they need the extra hook up as the other ones did not. Do you have any ideas why?I have 5 more sets...
