The 1st packet of Tim Tams is gone. (I didn't eat them all)
1st time I've hopped on the stepper to burn off the 395 calories of Tim Tams I did eat.

(The caught in the headlights look is mainly from the flash btw and not sugar shock)

The first Tim Tam was a white 1. It wasn't bad at all. The 2nd wasn't too bad either.
I had my 1st Double Coat Tim Tam ever yesterday and finished my 2nd packet of Double Coat Tim Tams this morning.
I am still maintaining my 1520 calorie a day diet that has lost me 23kg this year. It is hard though when Tim Tams average out to about 100 calories a piece.

Today is the 1st time that I've been offered a photo of the foreign body in my eye.
It's also the 1st time that I've seen what an eye looks like from the other side of a slit microscope.

The piece of steel is down 45 degrees from the pupil and is surrounded by a small rust circle.

Before the safety peeps get in my ear I ALWAYS wear a full face safety visor and each of the dozen or more times I have had steel in my eyes over the years I have always had a visor or enclosed safety glasses on. I have chronically dry eyes and optometrists, doctors and ophthalmologist who have removed all the steel have said that I may wipe the steel into my eyes.
