Of particular interest I've noticed some LED rope light motifs this year that are 24v DC although some of them are still "sold out" (no new stock yet).

We bought a couple of things although not controllable. Still have one thing to buy and also looking at some rope light. Just need to work out if we need it.


Remember when buying from DD they regularly offer free shipping. It's all about timing.

Tempting.. but alas, my budget has been spent this year. Hopefully there is stock left of their lights closer to Christmas (for next year)

I didn't end up buying one. If someone wants to donate one however....

I was thinking about the waterfall lights also but have decided to hold off for now too.

We picked up a few items during the sale including:

Santa Stop Here sign
A star for the roof
Three sets of rope lights

These were things we were planning on buying anyway. We calculated that we'd saved only $30 over the free shipping offer. Not a huge saving. Also disappointed that they always say combine items and save on shipping, yet each item was the same shipping cost if bought individually.

Yeah, I had a look but everything I checked seemed to be 10% off. I think I did better with the free freight on my original order.

Depending on the item it may be cheaper to wait for free shipping. Prices regularly drop for the DealsDirect Christmas items.
