LSP issue, can't make it sequence my arch

Just out of curiosity have you tried renumbering your channels on the controller to start from 6656 - 6665 ? (universe 13 start channel number)

I seem to remember someone telling me that universe numbers were irrelevant in LSP and you had to use the correct DMX channel number.

Or change your D4 config back to universe 1

Nah, the mappings in the e1.31 configuration take care of that.

I'd certainly try deleting the e1.31 output zone, and re-creating it, in case the configuration is messed up somehow.

Sometime setting up e1.31 is a little tough.

Did you test controller hardware?
Did you try unicast?
Did you try wiring direct from you pc to your JSys? I have seen switches and routers not allow multi-cast

Soooo, this morning I tried a compete reinstall, nothing....
Ben set it all up for me, as far as I can tell I am only using 1 zone.
As I said before, I am using a AVD48 through a D4 on universe one, (the other three ports are set to Uni 2 3 and 4)
My p12r is connected straight to the switch and uses uni 5 to 16.
I tried again this morning with SCANView and saw Universe 1 works with the D48 test program, but nothing works through LSP....
Not frustrating at all!
....
Yes mate using unicast with addresses correct to make sure we new exactly where it was going.
I have not tried direct to the D4, but that is going to defeat the purpose, as I need output to it and the p12r?

Any chance you can do a re-post of all your configuration screens, to make sure everything is lining up? (e131 config in LSP, screenshot of channels, screenshot of j1sys config pages) You say above that you're using universe 1, but the screenshot you posted of the e1.31 configuration is using universe 13?

Also, if you have a third-party firewall installed, make sure it's not blocking anything - some firewalls block based on the program, so it may be blocking traffic from LSP (but allowing da_131).. If you do have one, perhaps try disabling it, so you can rule that out. (this is unlikely, but always worth ruling things out).. I'm guessing you don't have another computer in the house you can test an install on, just to give it a test?

I'm guessing that SacnView will only show data if in Multicast mode (as it's sending the data to a particular destination, rather than multicasting it), so don't rely on the Sacnview results if testing in unicast mode.

When you are sending data from within LSP (via the test controller hardware window), does the packet count increase on the j1sys information page? I can't recall if it goes up for any traffic received, or just traffic on the particular universe it's listening to...

Well this morning I have had some success, I have the p12r working and out putting a sequence to my RGB lights.
But I will be dammed if I can get the D48 and LSP to work together....

is there anybody else using LSP and a D48, would help if was also through a jsys D4, please let me know your settings, cheers

The fact that your P12r is working from LSP, and your AVD48 is working from some other software (da131), then I would usually only suggest that it's the configuration for the AVD48 in LSP that is the issue, but you never know, it could be the D4 config.

I don't have that exact combo, but have many DC controllers hooked up to a DR4 from LSP, and all work okay... Just comparing your D4 settings to my DR4, and I have LIOP disabled for all outputs, and my keep alive is set to 200ms, and 0 for both Clear Cnt and Total Cnt..
