Hey guys. This is just a reminder that the QLD mini is not far off.

Let me know if there is anything specific you want to see or talk about.

Lunch at this stage will be either pizza or fish and chips on the Sat and opposite one for Sun. Let me know your thoughts. I know we will not be able to please everyone. If you have specific diatery requirements then please let know that to.

If you are on the list and can no longer make it please let me know.

A PM will be sent to all closet to the date.

Also, would like to get some info on the differences between WS2811/12/12B/13/18 chips.
eg. benefits of one over another

So I guess we will have to go and vote during the mini. It’s ok though as we have a school only 700m away where we can all vote so will look at doing that during lunch.

An alternative is to do a pre-poll vote. "Early voting centres will open around the country on Monday, April 29." (list of places to be published soon)

Any interest in integrating water fountains into your display? If so I could put a small presentation together and bring some of the kit I used. I also used the pixel bracelets in our show last year. Happy to bring them too and talk about how we use them too. Cheers.

I always
pre-poll, because it's too hard to get through with mum on polling day, and whilst she can get someone out to get her vote from home, she still prefers to be part of whole thing.... so I pre-poll with her at the same time.

Hi All, I welcome any other presentations that you would like to offer. I don't have too much different planned for my display this year but I do have a heap of P5 panels and color lights cards at the moment that i'm playing with.

Sadly I cannot make the Brisbane Mini this time - I have removed my registration to free up 2 spaces for someone else.

Update Mini Details.

Don't forget the Bacon and egg breakfast at 0800.
Can you also please fill up the drive way first, should be able to fit 4 to 6 cars. There is also plenty of street parking.
Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements. At this stage lunch is still Pizza (including vegetarian) on Sat and Fish or Burger and Chips Sun.​

I am a definite, I had forgotten all about it to be honest so much going on and the wife was working but she managed to change her shifts but I have to take the kids to the show Friday by myself .

I am not a fishy guy but a chip role will be fine on Sunday.
