Just an FYI for all coming on Friday / Weekend. Here is a quick map I've sketched up we will be using the vistors carpark this year for all unloading / parking.

I unfortunately wont arrive at the hotel until after 7pm. I would love to meet up, it just depends where abouts you will meet. I vote the lobby bar

for those that have booked in with me to setup, we will have access at 3:30 on Friday. please meet at the front entrance and Tony will direct us to the lift that will get us closest to the auditorium area that we will be in this year.

for those coming o the weekend please make your way to the front entrance and you will be direct from there. look forward to seeing you all this weekend.

There is no official one this year. Office have some good ones as preset also the same with google presentations.

Just remember that the camera will be placed down the bottom right hand corner of the screen so try to avoid putting any critical information there.

Just out of curiosity (and because I'm carrying a lot of gear North) is there a chance of using someone elses laptop to do my couple of powerpoint presentations on. I'm already leaving a few bits and pieces behind due to weight and the extra kg or so of laptop would allow a few extra.
