Peer Group pressure has got to me. Looks like we'll be having a Mini this year as well.

Proposed date will be 14-15th of June after the long weekend of the Queens Birthday.

Interested? add your Name in this thread and I'll start confirming all the details.

What is a Mini?
Simply, it is an official gathering of only the craziest lighting guru's from around Australia and the world!
The format of each individual mini varies but the basics are the same:-
  • Meet and greet
  • Workshops explaining how to add the latest breakthroughs to your own display
  • Demo's of the latest techy prototypes
  • And plenty more

I should be able to make it. Are you looking for a venue like 2011 / 2012 ? I guess it will depend on the numbers.

I was planning on a Sydney trip seeing there was nothing organised for Brissy.
Looks like I may need to do both now.

A venue like 2011,2012 is ideal, I do have some ideas floating around but anyone can suggest locations.

Thanks for offering Dale, If anyone has room for completed props for show and tell thats always a bonus for me,

Thanks Kaden, but i think it was a bit out of our budget unless things have changed

you could co-locate and run your mini here in Adelaide with us, more then enough space in our venue and i'm prepaired to pay for all your airfares :p using superman's credit card
