Sydney/NSW 2018 NSW Mini at Picton - May 26-27

for all those doing a presentation this weekend could you please email me or drop box me to your presentation.

we will have 1 laptop for the presentations to keep it nice and simple for all the recording and audio.

if i could have it by friday night that would be great.

anything special you need installed on the laptop please let me know so we are not having to rush at the end to install it.

Forgive me Ben but I will likely use my own machine for a lot of it other than the intro.

I should be OK as long as you have power point installed, but I will also be bringing my laptop

There will be PowerPoint, xLights 2018.13 (or maybe .14 ), Notepad++, VLC media player, Hexedit, da_Tester, Piskel and Wireshark on the laptop. Plus all the usual Win 10 programs; Edge, IE and Chrome browsers.

As Ben said, the aim is to use this for as many of the presentations as possible to ease recording, video and audio issues; and also to reduce change over times between presentations.

But feel free to bring your own laptop, and use it if required for your presentation.

just got back from camping for 3 weeks with no service. I can see where you are coming from but my presentations also uses a few sequences. Still have some work to do. See you Friday night

those staying at the location can park out the front of there rooms. Everyone else can park out the front near the mini room.

i will be down there friday afternoon about 4pm to stat setting up.

and doors will be open from 8 am on saturday. some will be there at 7:30 am to setup.
