I wouldn’t say I’m an expert as sequencing is something I hate but I do devolpment work for Vixen.
Here I was thinking that I didn't know any Vixen experts when we were putting together the 101. Trying to find details on what protocols Vixen 3 supported was like trying to find hens teeth (when you're scared of hens). It seems that Vixen 3 supports less than Vixen 2 but we may be wrong. The new 101 is out now so that's how it'll stay :D

We actually just removed a bunch of supported controllers/ protocols as they never got used or haven’t been for years (a lot of old ones) The important ones remain and will satisfy anyone that user Vixen.

Thanks guys for a great time at the Brisbane mini. The wire frames were great. Geoff’s hospitality was awesome as was his texting matrix and xLights suggestions. Steve covered a huge amount in a short time without using the dreaded PowerPoint. David showed off some cool boards. Steve tried to get us all interested in Halloween ... but where would I store it all. Too much McDonald’s and alcohol and chicken schnitzel was had ... almost all at once. And a great group of attendees.

Great times great memories and a great group of people. Hope I can make it back to Brisbane for the mini again soon.

Btw Geoff’s xLights enhancement in a limited sense (one file at a time) is built and will be in .12

Well just woke up from a power nap due to a couple of late nights with Keith's homies to find that the latest feature for xLights is finished, a couple of us said you'd have it finished before you landed back in Sydney .

Thanks to Geoff and his family for giving up their home for a bunch of crazy light people again.

Thanks to Steve for all the work he does over the weekend and to all those that did presentations including Binny's impromptu "There really is a Ray Wu" presentation.

Stuart.
