Usually at the mini's people go out Sat night for a feed and chat as it's normally full on during the day. We have a tavern just down the road from us, is anyone interested in going for a meal there on Sat night.

Peter stayed at an Airbnb in Karalee last year and I think he is staying there again. It's close to me and cheaper then a hotel.

I have been looking at the hotel options. There is an interesting range. It seems the metro hotel Ipswich international might be the go. It’s big enough that all visitors can stay in the same place. Downside it’s a reasonable drive to Jeff’s so we either bum lifts from locals or consider a hire car or Uber. Cost looks like about $140 a night. Not cheap but also not exhorbitant.
