SWB we try to keep every presentation to 15 minutes and sequencing will be shown throughout a few presentations. plus there is more then 1 sequencing program out there so if anyone wants to do a presentation on any others they are more then welcome.

and no to the power point Karaoke is a total no as Lithgow says.

we do not have enough time to go through all the lighting presentations to do anything else. so those that are doing the presentations will do there own Presentation with support from the group as they have asked to do the set presentation. as we do not want people feeling out of place up front talking about things they have not had time to read through before or do not totally understand

That's the whole point! :-D It's like playing pictionary. I have been to 2 conferences where they did this and it's hilarious!

SWB, these mini's are not for games, they are a short presentation per person where they can help others (OK except my P10 presentation, where I was told I was to do it 30 minutes before the presentation... It was embarrassing) . Games are for after the presentations or in free time

about 9am to 5pm on the Saturday and 9am to 4pm on the Sunday, going on past minis.
Closer to the date, organisers usually post timetable of presentations.

FPP supports USB relay boards if you go searching.
