as you can see in the run sheet on page 1 a lot of the talks are around Xlights.

do we have any other sequencer users that would like to do a talk as we have a lot of new people once again this year I would like to make sure we cater for everyone as much as we can and in the time we have.

if we need to make changes to the run sheet please let me know. keith is down for a lot of topics it would be great to see some people help Keith by taking one of these topics.

remember you do not have to be an expert to be a presenter. there is a lot of videos you can watch before the mini and copy and paste from them. once you start looking at that topic to present it is amazing how much info you will take on board and become an expert in that area.


also if you need a hand with your presentation or just want to run it past me or another member please do so as we are all here to help.

Ok, Everyone, I am looking for helpers for this year's Mini

for things such as

# catering as not sure what we are doing at this stage (maybe a bbq again as worked well last year )


# dinner Saturday night for those that want to come ( i can run the list of who is coming but would like someone to find a location and nothing to expensive as we are all on budgets)

# helpers for setup Friday night ( will look at this closer)

# drinks for the weekend ( cans we will collect these and the money from them can be donated back to ACL)

if anyone else thinks of other ways of helping please let me know as it is a team effort and we have a lot of people this year.

Hey, Brenton and I are heading down Friday arvo so if you need more volunteers to help set up, we're happy to help. Also we can bring along some cartons of soft drink as well.
