I'm driving to the event from the Eastern Suburbs if anyone is looking for a lift. I could also swing by the Lower North Shore or Inner West if needed.

Breakfast news (Mon 27th) announced the Sydney Metro Norwest is operational as of today.
Handy if anyone wanting to get to the mini by public transport. Looks like if coming/going to Sydney you have to change at Epping or Chatswood, about an hour trip.
Might be handy if anyone, flying in or wants to visit Vivid on the Friday night?

Details on location

> refer attached map
* From Lexington avenue turn into Woolworths way
* Proceed to.the Roundabout ( ~ 200 meters ) and turn at the second entry ( Visitors underground Carpark )
* Park anywhere within the Visitor Carpark , then proceed to the revolving door at the end of the Carpark.
* Once through the Revolving door proceed up the stairs to the reception area at the top pf the stairs to the right .
* Once in the reception area , someone will scan you through the entry and direct you to the ACL mini location

Just seen your post about just having surgery. Hope you're feeling ok!

Just wanting to double check a few things:

Brenton and I will be coming down mid Friday so we are happy to help set up Friday if needed. If so what time will we have access to the room?

Also, we'll bring a few cartons of soft drinks, is there anything else that you need?

thanks to everyone that has got back to me with payment or to confirm they are coming. THOSE that still have not can you please let me know tonight as i need to get back to the caterer tomorrow with numbers.

also for those that can not attend on the day we will be streaming both rooms we have setup a temp site to make it easy to flick between the rooms and zoom.

could people please pm me their email address just to save time at the mini. the reason we are asking for your email address is due to some prizes we will need to email the supplier your email address to claim your prize.

also, those paying on the day can you please bring the correct money as we will not have change.

please all see Roo at the registration desk on your way into the room to get your name marked off and name tag given. if you do not have your name tag you will not be able to win a door prize as your prize number will be on your tag. more details to follow.
