The mini is fast approaching and it should be a great weekend.
Just a reminder that all food, drinks and snacks are included in the cost, which is $15 for Sat (includes BBQ breakfast 8-8:30) and $10 for Sun. If possible please have the correct money. If you have any dietary requirements then please message me.
We will be covering a lot of topics over the weekend and as most members attending the mini are newbies we will not be spending too much time on software. There will only be an introduction to XLights and Vixen. If we get time Sun then we maybe able to go a bit deeper.
This will allow us more time to go into detail on wiring, Controllers, Pi, Beaglebone and custom props as this can be the more problem areas that people have.
If you are a newbie and you haven't bought lights or controllers yet and want advice then please bring a photo of the front of your house as we can go through one to use as a group discussion.
