forgot to add, you may need a DMX terminator too, make one or ebay, check it has a 120 Ohm resistor:

OK I'll admit, I'm a dummy.

Can't get these DMX lights to work

Anyone got them working in xLights care to share a step by step DMX for dummies guide?

have a hanson usb to dmx dongle, associated cabling and even made a dmx terminator. Still can't get anything from xLights.

can get some response from da-dmx but it's a bit random.

Sure I'm going to have a 'doh' moment once explained

Mine are on a P12s and setup with Vixen,
That being said because they are on the P12s I just assigned a universe number and used that in the da_e131 Tester Software before setting them up in Vixen,

Flood direct onto wall 2m away..

I'm pleased to announce that Chermside, Toowong & Indooroopilly all now have no stock


Bit of chromatic aberration happens on full-white cause of the separate R.G.B LEDs, but hey for $12 these are great


I'll mod mine with RJ45 sockets too.
