Has anybody thought about approaching the local council for the planned area to see if they are willing to provide a venue free of charge. I haven't read every single reply so maybe you already have a venue in mind.
I am willing to help set up but am no expert.

Venue is already locked in for this year.

Last year we used a council venue at a reduced hourly rate.

I'm very new at this, so I would love to come along and check it out. As I'm hoping to purchase my first set of lights with my Tax-return money in July-August this year (hopefully the Tax Man will give me SOMETHING back), this is really good timing for me.
